The BAC Fall Fête on October 7, 2019 honored BAC Board Member Jarrett Lilien and Maritess Lilien for their longtime support of BAC and Isaac Mizrahi for his contributions to the performing arts.
The evening featured the World Premiere of HERZ SCHMERZ, a new dance-theater collaboration from choreographer John Heginbotham and designer Maira Kalman, based on the writings of early 20th Century Swiss author Robert Walser and performed in the Jerome Robbins Theater.
Guests dined in the Howard Gilman Performance Space surrounded by contemporary art, available for bidding through a silent auction powered by Paddle8.
The Fall Fête Art Auction was curated by Auction Chair Natasha Schlesinger and Auction Co-Curator Christina Cary in the spirit of movement and expression.
