The John Cage & Merce Cunningham Studio has expansive windows with southern and western exposure. BAC studios are equipped with a rehearsal sound system and have vinyl dance floors on sprung, basket weave, hardwood floors. The studio has permanent floor mounted wooden ballet barres along two sides of the space. The studio windows can be fully masked by utilizing motorized blackout shades or darkened by lowering the scrim sunshades.

The studio is equipped with mirrors along the 43’ eastern wall.
